Associate Delivery Manager’s role will be that of an organizer and facilitator to guide the distributed Scrum organizations to achieve cross-domain objectives with a focus on collaboration, milestones and quality-oriented development. Associate Delivery Manager will demonstrate strong organizational skills, outstanding communication and inner drive to succeed.

  4. Knowledge of Revenue Management
Responsibilities

Drive high-quality results/deliveries through discipline and effective communication;

Collaborate closely with the Product Owners, Project Managers and Team Leads in identifying and planning long- and short-term delivery flow strategy, priorities, objectives, and requirements;

Build iterative cross-domain project roadmaps based on input of Agile teams in charge of individual products&services;

Build and maintain initiatives charters to ensure a common understanding of scope, timeline, roles, and other project aspects;

Define project communication strategy and execute accordingly (e.g. roadmap workshops, steering committees, release and sprint reports, project status reports);

Manage team's impediments: both organizational and operational;

Pro-actively perform risks management and mitigation strategy to ensure the impact on delivering according to the agreed planning is reduced at a minimum;

Assist Product Owners/Project Managers in managing and maintaining the product backlog related to the transversal subjects in charge to ensure visibility and priorities follow-up.
