We are seeking a dynamic process manager to improve the efficiency of our business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. You may also be required to update process documents and conduct efficiency audits.
Skills

1. Bachelor s degree, MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Process Management.
3. Executive presence, complemented by excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive ownership, hands-on, result-oriented.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment and should be goal driven.
6. Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures
7. Should have an excellent understanding of quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.
8. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve the goal.
Skills in numerical and statistical analysis.
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

1. Support the team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
2. Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
3. Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency and improve service quality.
4. Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models.
5. Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
6. Provide support to the team to achieve desired results.
7. Assist in development of new process capabilities.
8. Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
9. Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
10. Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.
11. Sharing reports/dashboard regularly with Management and all stakeholder on findings of current process adherence (team wise) along with an action plan.
