We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for various IT positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets (React Native, React js, Node js, PM, QA, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
