We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – Outbound Sales to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating outbound communication, qualifying prospects, and driving new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in outbound sales / business development.

  • Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and target markets.

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound strategies.

  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.

  • Understand customer needs and position the company’s products/services accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track daily/weekly performance metrics.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for campaign execution.
