What Goes Behind the
Development Process!

Start a project
001
Discover
App's Objective / App’s Audience / Competitors

More than any other stage of a project, the phase that predicts the chances of a project's success is discovering or planning, which consists of learning what you have, what you need, and what your business goals are. It manages the time, budget, and energy wisely being invested in the goals & vision of the project.

002
Design
Wireframes / Mockups / Prototype

The design/wireframing process becomes seamless once the discovery phase ends. With all the functionalities and features in mind, we develop the 1st version of the app while adding more detail to each step. Once getting approval from the clients on the designs and mock-ups, we proceed with the system designing phase.

003
Development
Tech Architecture / Backend / Frontend

Here is the time when we start coding and development. While following the agile methodologies, we bring into action the idea that you always wanted to turn into a reality. Our project managers look after every process and provide details to the clients after receiving the same from each department. We prefer Zoho Cliq to communicate with our clients.

004
Testing
Functional / Performance / Security

The testing has to be done to ensure that the app is easy-to-use and intuitive from the users' perspective, so we continually redo the work. Our QA team prefers all the essential stages required to test a mobile application and examines its performance, functionalities, speed, efficiency etc.

005
Deployment
App Store / Google Play Store / Web Version

Finally comes the culmination of countless hours, planning, coding, and designing. The app is all set to launch, and final testing is conducted to make sure that the platform is free from errors. After successful testing, app is released on the respective Stores, following which user feedback is acquired for enhancements.

CHALLENGE

A Shift From SaaS Platform To Modern Database

Earlier, the brand was working on a SaaS-based platform and it was helping them enter the market but as the users increased and the operations expanded, it started creating limitations. The system was not flexible enough. There was very limited control over the data and because of this, managing and accessing large volumes of customer and distributor data became difficult and it also raised concerns around performance. So the biggest challenge here was how to move all this existing data into a new modern database without affecting the ongoing operations, because even a small disruption could impact daily deliveries.

SOLUTION

So instead of directly moving everything at once, the team worked on a phased approach and this helped in reducing risks. We created structured data pipelines where the data was first extracted, then validated, and only after that it was transferred into the new system. This way, the data remained secure and there were no losses. The new database was cloud-based and it allowed better scalability and faster access. Therefore, the business now has more control and it can handle growing data without issues.

CHALLENGE

Operations Management in Different Cities

As the business expanded into multiple cities, the operations also became more complex and it was not easy to manage everything from one place. Each city had different requirements, and the processes were not always the same so maintaining consistency became difficult. There were issues in tracking inventory, managing deliveries, and coordinating with distributors because everything was not properly connected. And due to this, visibility across operations was also limited.

SOLUTION

To solve this, we built a centralized system but at the same time, it was designed in a way that it could handle city-level differences. A dashboard was created where all the data from different locations was brought together. It helped in tracking everything in real time. Also, role-based access was added so that different teams can manage their own tasks and still the overall control remains with the admin. Because of this, the operations became more streamlined and decision-making also improved.

CHALLENGE

Migration to Microservices

The existing system was based on a monolithic architecture, and while it worked initially, it started causing issues as the platform grew. Any small update required changes in the entire system, and this made the process slow and risky. Also, scaling specific features like order management or delivery tracking was not easy because everything was connected. So it became necessary to move towards a more flexible architecture.

SOLUTION

The team decided to shift towards a microservices architecture where the system was divided into smaller, independent services. Each service was handling a specific function and they were able to work separately. This made deployments faster and it also reduced the risk of failures affecting the whole system. Due to this, the platform became more scalable and stable and new features can now be added without impacting other parts of the system.
