We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team and oversee the QA process to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality assurance.

Skills

• Proficient in Java and Python for test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Cypress.
• Solid understanding of automation frameworks like:
  • Page Object Model
  • Hybrid Model
  • Web Driver Model
  • Keyword-Driven Model
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
• Knowledge of load/performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience in Database Testing using SQL & MongoDb.
• Familiarity with Security Testing tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts across multiple projects ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress.
• Develop automation frameworks including Page Object Model, Hybrid Model, Web Driver Model, and Keyword-Driven Model.
• Implement robust testing strategies for API testing (manual and automated).
• Conduct Load Testing to assess system performance under stress.
• Perform Database Testing to validate data integrity and backend operations.
• Drive Security Testing to ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure quality at every stage.
• Identify gaps in the test process and proactively address them.
• Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers and oversee test planning, execution, and reporting.
